What’s the cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that any changes made to your appointment be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee. Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, while same day changes and missed appointments will be charged in full. Please use the link in your confirmation email.

Please note that Shannon’s policy differs from the salon’s, as she is traveling in to work. She asks that her clients make any changes to their appointments at least a week in advance.

Hey I love my hair and want to tell all my friends! Do you do referral codes?

Yes! There is a personalized referral code to send to your friends in your Boulevard account. After their completed appointment, your account will be credited with the reward.

How can we get to your salon?

We highly encourage taking public transportation, with the B62 Manhattan/Calyer stop and the G train Greenpoint Ave stop being the closest options. The L stop on Bedford Ave, and the India St. Ferry is about a 20 minute walk away. You can get lucky with street parking but please leave ample time to look!

What if I’m running late?

We get it! Please let us know as soon as possible. Anything more than 15 minutes will be at the stylist’s discretion if the appointment will need to be modified or rescheduled, with a fee incurred.

Why do you ask for my credit card when I’m booking an appointment?

The credit card is used to hold the appointment, and you will not be charged prior to completing your appointment. It will only be charged in the event that changes were made outside of our cancellation policy.

Is your salon by appointment only?

We sometimes do have availability for walk-ins, but as all our stylists operate as independent booth renters, it is not guaranteed. It’s best if you gave us a call or text beforehand to check!

I’m not completely satisfied with my hair service. Can you fix it?

We would love the opportunity to, and offer a two week window for adjustments! We understand miscommunication and mistakes happen, and sometimes the mark is missed. Please reach out within 3 days so we can get you back in as soon as possible.

Please note that the adjustment service will be with your original stylist, and does not include major changes that were not previously mentioned in the original consultation. Revisions will be made at your stylist’s discretion. Rescheduling or cancelling will result in forfeiting the appointment.
